About Grimm's Ugly Pictures

Grimm's Ugly Pictures exists to show you some of the funniest, ugliest people in the world. On this site you will find hundreds of pictures devided in different categories for your convenience. Pictures on this site has mainly been submitted by you (our users) and we therefore invite you to submit your pics. All pages within this site can be rated on a scale from 1 to 10, it is therefore our users who decides which pictures are the funniest. The top 10 will automatically be listed on the front page.

Acceptance

Grimm's Ugly Pictures is offered to you "as is". When entering this site you automatically agree to this (Terms of Service). In other words, your use of this website constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service.

Since the material has been submitted by our users, it is not our views that is reflected, nor our advertisers. If you do not agree to these terms, please leave now.

Picture submission

As our user you are able to send, submit, upload pictures to be viewed, rated and sent to friends by our visitors. Pictures that are sent in, have to be reviewed before they are published. This process can take anywhere from a few minutes to days, but rest assured all pictures will be reviewed. For a picture to be approved, it has to be deemed appropriate for the site and for the category. Grimm's Ugly Pictures reserves the right to delete, remove, alter any picture within the site at any time for any reason. Pictures that are deemed to be inappropriate include, but are not limited to, offensive, vulgar, hateful, pornographically or explicit pics. Pictures the contain any form of advertising or contact information (email addresses or URL's) that promotes sites other than Grimm's Ugly Pictures will not be approved for publishing. Any picture submitted must have the full consent of the person(s) in the picture and the person(s) must be over the age of 18. This includes both single persons and groups. To have better chances of getting your picture approved, please only submit appropriate, funny, tasteful pictures of legal adults (over the age of 18) who fully consent to have their picture(s) published on this website and place it in the right category.

When you submit a picture to Grimm's Ugly Pictures you agree to lose all exclusive rights. Grimm's Ugly Pictures reserves the right to reproduce, distribute, reformat, resize or alter any submitted picture. Please do not submit pictures for which you do not hold the legal copyright.

Quick Summary of the Submission Rules

First of all, make sure the picture is somewhat humorous. Nobody wants to see a picture of someone, just because you dislike the person. Remember, the site is not for making fun of people, but to entertain.
Make sure the submitted picture is of somewhat decent quality. You won't believe the volume of crappy quality pics that gets submitted to us.
Make sure the submitted picture is in a viewable size. Nobody wants to look at a picture in the dimensions 50x50.
Don't submit pictures you don't have the rights to. If it's not your picture, make sure the person(s) have given their full consent to have their picture displayed on Grimm's Ugly Pictures.
